Shriro Australia Chullora Service Centre Temporary Closure

Thank you for your patience while we've made efforts to return to normal Service and Warehouse operations.

Spare part order processing has returned to normal operation.

Due to ongoing staff isolation requirements, the Chullora Service Centre will be accepting repair pick-up and drop-off by appointment only from 24/1/2022. Please contact our Service team by phone or email to book an appointment.

The safety of our staff and customers are of the highest priority.

Every effort will be made to minimise repair delays.

Due to COVID isolation requirements, the Casio Service and spare part warehouse teams are temporarily not operating at the Chullora Service Centre from Monday 10/1/2022.

There will be a delay to spare part order processing and repairs.

The Casio Service team will be working remotely to allow phone call and email enquiries to continue to be answered.
