Sydney COVID Update - Impact to Shriro Australia Chullora Operations

 

Latest Update 16/11/21:
The Casio Service team will be accepting drop-offs at our Chullora service centre from 22/11/21. In-line with Government requirements, please be aware that you will need to follow the direction of the Casio Service team by checking-in via QR code, showing proof of vaccination and wearing a mask while indoors.

 

 

Previous Updates:

23/6/2021:
Due to the evolving COVID circumstances and restrictions in Sydney Australia, the Casio Service team will not be taking repair drop-offs or pick-ups at our Chullora site from 24/6/2021 until further notice. The Casio Service team will be contactable as they work from home to minimise impact to the greater community.

Our warehouse team are still operating. We anticipate there will be no impact to spare part orders being dispatched.

The team apologises for any inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing a delay to order distribution and communication to our customers. Our warehouse and Casio Service teams will do their best to resume normal operations. We appreciate your patience.

9/8/21:
We thank you for your patience as we made every effort to rectify order delays. Our warehouse and Casio Service teams have now resumed normal operations with the exception of repair drop-off and pick-up at our Chullora site which remains restricted.
